* AI now learns skills and talents.

New talents:
* Stealth: Decrease enemy radar detection range by 3% per rank.
* Maritime Mauler: Increase collision damage by 5% per rank.
* Fast Shells: Increases travel speed of AP/HE shells by 4% per rank.
"Pinpoint Precision: Increases accuracy of AP/HE shells by 3% per rank.
* Missile Mastery: Increases damage of Missiles by 3% per rank.
* Torpedo Mastery: Increases damage of Torpedos by 3% per rank.
* Mine Mastery: Increases damage of Mines by 3% per rank.
User interface
* Added ammo count of primary and secondary guns
* Added skill cooldown timer.
